Gac contains more lycopene than tomatoes, more beta-carotene than carrots, more zeaxanthin than corn, more lutein than in Spinach plus a large array of Vitamins (A, C, E), metals and Minerals, that makes it a perfect ingredients for food and beverage fortification. Gac exist in nature only 3-4 months a year therefore to build a sustainable business, we have implemented several farms in Asia, that allow us to have access to raw material all year round. We have 2 pain ingredients, a freeze dried powder, with no carrier, and a CO2 extracted oleoresin standardised to Lycopene and beta carotene..
