At the core of the design process is the employment of statistical market research to create a robust design methodology coupled with the use of public design “charrettes” in order to encourage community involvement and foster socially responsive design. The practice forms strategic relationships with international experts in specialist fields, in order to bring the highest knowledge base to each specific project on a case by case basis whilst the principal partner maintains close working relationships with various universities globally including: University of Hong Kong; Peking University; Shenzhen University; Lund University Sweden; and Pennsylvania State University.
