Started in 2007, the management had a long history of solving marketing and communications problems through strategic advice - especially in the global maritime business and there was a desire to expand and capitalize on this practical expertise and experience by broadening its potential client base to include non-maritime businesses - especially in the SME area. One of our principals was part of the team that founded MTI Network in 1990 - the pre-eminent global crisis media management group, with 17 offices worldwide and focusing exclusively on the international maritime industry. Our management has worked with Governments and major international corporate entities. We are confident of our consulting to the extent all of our fees are performance based and flexible, depending on each individual client. Our emphasis is on strategic transformations - rather than theoretical advice and text book business models - based on our personal experience of over 40 years in the international market place - from Australia to Europe and Asia, for the past 20 years, specifically in Greater China.
