Within the regional context, these issues are put under further stress with the introduction of multiple geographies. We help clients rapidly identify operating model transformation opportunities across their entire organisation, a particular function (eg, Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service), or a business unit. Services start with strategic reviews and the identification of improvement opportunities, the scoping of specific improvement initiatives and the creation of improvement "roadmaps", and on to specific implementation actions such as process redesign, technology requirements definition and selection, and people capability development. Catalyst further supports the implementation of change by helping establish Programme Management Offices (PMOs) including resourcing of the PMO, and establishment of project management tools (project plans, issue logs, escalation processes etc). We also develop stakeholder management plans, and internal communication strategies.
