I am passionate about my work in counselling and offer evidence-based treatments to adolescents, adults and couples that draw on current theories in psychology and consider mental-health issues that arise across the lifespan. Based in Asia since 2008, I have had experience working in mental health in Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong. I help my clients address issues that will improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment: Gaining a greater understanding of the forces that cause us to take action and what action leads to a life of success, significance and purpose. ​I adopt a positive psychology perspective and client-centred approach to treat a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment issues, such as stress and anxiety, depression, family and relationship problems, and bereavement. I blend elements from different approaches and tailor treatment according to each client's needs, applying mix of  techniques, including humanistic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic methods.
