Rúla Búla is rated 3 out of 5 in the category entertainment. Read and write reviews about Rúla Búla. Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression ‘Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla’ which translates to ‘uproar and commotion’ in the context of a celebratory and good time. The concept was developed by Cathal Kiely, the Irish F&B owner who has built some of Hong Kong’s more successful venues including Solas, Posto Pubblico, Rayne, Kila, Shore, The Salted Pig and now Rúla Búla. He is joined by his business partners and close friends Rory and Ciaran Hussey along with the newest member of the Irish crew, Conor Clancy. The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. It has an Irish name and Irish owners but you will not find any Leprechauns or 4 leaf clovers in the bar. The boys will deliver contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music with that world famous warm Irish service!
