Human Behaviour and Brain (ISSN: 2706-8714) is a peer-reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary and international journal that focuses primarily on research examining the complex interplay between human brain, behaviour and the environment, utilising multiple levels of analysis, including but not limited to behavioural, electrophysiological, clinical, pharmacological, genetic, cellular, molecular, neuroimaging and neural-network model approaches. We publish original empirical articles of novel and important findings as well as in-depth reviews. Contributions that demonstrate clinical implications or significance, for example, animal-models with high translational value and research with near- or long-term practical usefulness in the development of treatment for neurological and psychiatric disorders, are particularly welcome. Our journal has a distinguished editorial board with international experts who strive to help scientists to publish rapidly and professionally their scientific research. All manuscripts are subjected to a clearly structured peer review process. We are committed to publishing all manuscripts that receive a high recommendation during the peer-review process. In addition, manuscripts of outstanding quality, judged to be the most impactful during the peer-review process, will receive top priority and be fast-tracked.
