The predecessor of the company, formerly known as "Chaozhou Jinglei Electronic Limited" which was established in 1992 and honored to be one of the excellent enterprises at the earliest to own complete LCD production line in China. In 2001 it was moved to the current address in Chaozhou province and renamed to "Chaozhou Forise Electronic Co., Ltd." with enlarged factory facilities. In 2006 a production line for 14"x16" was reconstructed, and at the same year "Shenzhen Forise Electronic Limited" was set up which diversified with back-end production processes and liquid crystal module production line in Shenzhen province. In 2012, all production lines in Shenzhen were relocated to Qishi Town Dongguan province to cope with expanded capacities. "Dongguan Waiken Optoelectronics Technology Limited" was established to enhance the business growth and development of new projects to satisfy global market exploitation.
