OBJECTIVES • To ensure each partner /associate company is fully funded, to meet operating and necessary overhead expenses. • To raise sufficient capital in head office to support regional activities. • To ensure all contracts concluded, regardless which country they are in, are finally negotiated with Head Office agreement, and with all payment funds channeled via the company's Hong Kong office.
