Having started working in the recruitment in the UK in 1998, Pipeline Founder Pathay has been hearing client frustrations around finding the right candidates for roles for a number of years. These have ranged from spending endless hours on candidate sourcing to wasted money and no well-matched CV responses from jobs advertised online and stories of bad experiences shared around Recruiter performance. As a result, Pipeline was launched to address these frustrations by offering a candidate pipeline building and candidate engagement service.
