After entering university, the most difficult thing about reading articles regarding business and economics was getting in the habit of reading such articles. Even though I had studied abroad in the United States as a high school student, and even though I am currently attending a university in which classes are held in English, the fact that I am not a native speaker of English deterred me from reading professional articles from newspapers like the Financial Times. To solve this problem, I would find a Korean article related to a certain topic and then read an English article dealing with the same topic. Through this method, I was able to be familiar with reading professional articles. I am sure that there are people out there that have not started reading business and economics related articles due to the same reason that I could not. This is why I created Philosofinance – to guide people who have such problems by sharing with them my perspectives regarding various issues and help them gain knowledge in this field. There may be flaws, but Philosofinance will provide articles that convey the creative and critical perspectives of university students, and provide corporate analysis, stock analysis, and professional contents.
