FYSE is on the mission to identify and support enterprising people and organizations that solve social and environmental issues in their communities. We do this so that every enterprising person has the tools, funding and knowledge to start and grow a venture, create jobs and make a positive impact on society. We believe that social entrepreneurship as a powerful driver for job creation, innovation and sustainable economic and social development in developing and emerging markets. Social entrepreneurs serve their communities with better education, improved health or clean water, while creating jobs for people to strive – and we exist to support them achieve their vision. FYSE came into being in late 2008 and has since implemented and supported programs and research across Asia, including China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Philippines and Indonesia. Our three focus areas are: --​> Empowering Individuals | We support individuals with a platform offering communities of learning, action-based learning programs and access to resources and networks. --​> Develop a vibrant ecosystem of support | Entrepreneurs don’t act in an vacuum. We foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem by building and facilitating partnerships and collaboration. --​> Providing Analysis | Our research provides expert analysis about women and social entre-preneurship.
