Our crackers contain only the good stuff: nutrient dense seeds providing the best sources of omega fatty acids, vitamins and essential amino acids, and are free from all grain, gluten, nuts, egg, soy, yeast & dairy. Our crackers are gently mixed by hand, thinly spread and gently baked to give a delicious toasted flavour, with great texture and crunch. They are totally grain free. No oats, rice or tapioca, nor any nut meal fillers, just nutrient-dense whole seeds with a dash of organic Psyllium, a good splash of filtered water and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt. This makes a unique and delicious cracker that is very anti-inflammatory, very low GI and very low carb.
