Our ARMs fly as pilots with the Chinese airlines that we recruit for and are able to help us develop a clear picture of the situation on the ground (and in the air) at these companies. We have constant feedback regarding safety, pay, schedules, benefits, and time off that we relay unfiltered to our clients. The ARMs and client pilots are the ultimate litmus test, if they don’t want to work at a particular airline, we do not expect anyone else to want to either. We do not service any airlines without pilots representing us in that airline.
